Life update

 Alhamdulillah.. all praise to be Allah kerana masih bernafas!  Its 2024 and we are still here in Melbourne. Now its 2.05am in the morning and both of us still wide awake.. lol..

Anyway, Shafy my lovely is now soon to be my Baby Mommy. What does it mean? Yes.. she’s is 24 weeks pregnant. Alhamdulillah. And its a boy. We havent decided the name yet. But probably Shakir? Or Shahir? Or Shauqi or Shawal..or….Shamsul.. kita tengok la nanti nama apa aku bagi. Its gonna be another 4 months before the baby is out to this world! Im so excited! inshaAllah. Semoga anak yg bakal dilahirkan sihat tubuh, sempurna akhlak nya, fizikal dan mental nya,rohani dan jasmaninya. Taat kepada orang tua, sopan santun, dan menjadi anak yg soleh, berjaya di dunia dan akhirat. 

Okay, currently,I’m working as Print Operator at ABC Photosigns, company specializing in real estate signage and marketing services, operating primarily in Australia and  New Zealand. Established in 1999, the company provides a comprehensive range of services tailored to the needs of real estate agents, including high-quality signboards, digital printing, vehicle wraps, and shopfront designs. They emphasize efficiency and customization, aiming to save clients time and reduce costs while maintaining consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.

Sounds big huh? Its the pioneer advertising company in Aussie, i feel so blessed dapat experience kerja dekat company besar.. ( besar-besar pun gaji ciput je,but Alhamdulillah). But every good story must have good ending right?

So I have decided to leave Melbourne for good. Aku dah email kat HR aku(Nicole), nak berenti tahun depan 17hb Jan 2025.. 

Memang hati berat utk tinggalkan melbourne, but it is for the greater good. Bukan ada business pun dekat sini dah.

Ohh, speaking of business la, Nak cita sikit la pengalaman aku berniaga dekat sini, Tapau Melbourne, for the branding site, memang nampak hebat, i mean , the food actually taste damn good, because its from my wife’s hand. And tbh i think my branding was good. But the problem is our damn rent is too damn high. Kalau aku bukak cita ni balik memang aku geram.. aku kesian sgt2 dekat Shafy masa tu, terpaksa handle sorang packing utk kemas brg2 utk keluar dari permis.aku time tu balik Malaysia kejap. Buat rumah untuk homestay, sempat siap 2 rumah, Casa Tranquila Legacy pertam and rembia. Anyway, nanti lagi aku cita pasal tu..

Ada few factor jugak la sebab apa business tu tak jalan. Masa tu time musim hujan jugak, sebab driver and rider makanan susah nak datang ambik makanan sebab jalan tutup sebab banjir, satu jugak sebab,org yg aku harapkan untuk jaga kedai masa aku balik malaysia kejap (and holiday to europe) , manusia tu tak menjalankan amanah dgn baik. So end of the story, the business failed, and we just survive for one year… Tapau Melbourne, Kensington. Memang betul betul kena tapau..thats fine, atleast branding tu ada dalam my design portfolio. (kamarulariffin.webflow.io). So aku anggap la semua yg berlaku ni sebagai pengajaran yg mahal utk aku..

Success is a journey, not a destination

So now I'm working on two Jobs, both are part time jobs. Job no.1; working with Newspaper Company in the early morning. I mean really really early like 5am. So I have to wake up at 4am and snooze for 20 minutes and then I leave the house around 4.35am ish. But what I like about this job is I actually have time for Tahajjud Prayer. Alhamdulillah. and for Fajr Prayer, I will be praying anywhere on the street. Basically, roads are empty tapi bukanlah totally empty, ada la orang kerja deliver buah-buah, susu ,stock makanan and so on. Termasuklah aku. Distributing Newspaper to houses and offices. Job no.2; Working as front of house of Nasi Lemak house. kerja waiter la senang cerita. Cashier, hantar makanan. Layan customer and bla bla bla. The best thing about this job is aku boleh makan makanan yang halal as staff meal. Halal. walaupun takla 100% sama macam kat Malaysia, but bolehla masok dalam tekak ni. Ko ingat makanan kat negara orang putih ni sedap? nasibla dekat Melbourne se...
